Before and after launch: a password, your address, and being found
Tavilio started out as a restaurant's tool, and a yoga studio or a course organiser still got a floor plan and a menu they never used. Now you tell Tavilio what your venue runs, and everything else follows.
Customize
Customize, at the foot of the sidebar, opens a short picker. Owners and admins can use it, and the same picker appears when a new venue is created.
What guests book:Table booking for parties at tables, or Timeframe for a space or session booked by the hour, such as a studio, a room or a court. A venue uses one or the other.
Events: classes, courses and evenings with a set number of places, alongside either kind of booking.
Menu & dining: the menu, the printed menu and the menu page on your site.
The admin follows
The sidebar shows only what you run. Menu & dining holds the floor plan (with table booking), the menu and the printed menu.
The booking settings are named for what they hold: Table booking, Timeframe booking, or Reminders when you take no bookings.
People have their own Team group, and Delete venue sits under Account.
The Today page follows
Tables: as before, with the floor plan once there is a table on it.
Timeframe: bookings, people here now, bookings running now and hours booked.
Events only: today's events, people signed up and places left, and the list of signups.
Any venue running events sees the day's events with places taken, and each signup names its event.
Your website follows
With the menu switched off, the menu disappears from the navigation, the footer and the sitemap, menu pages are gone, and buttons that pointed to the menu are left out.
Opening hours, only if you want them
A venue with no opening hours set no longer shows "closed" every day. Under Opening hours, Show the hours on the website keeps them off the site altogether, for courses and studios that work by appointment.
